Network and Events Lead in DZEN

A globally-minded and network-driven international holding is looking for a talented and skilled Network and Event Lead to join our team and lead the planning and execution of events.

Responsibilities:

– Work as part of the team of event producers in the planning and delivery of our global events;

– Help create and produce a wide variety of activities at our events including conferences, VIP events, press conferences, and night events;

– Develop event timelines, budgets, and logistics plans, and oversee their implementation;

– Coordinate with venues, vendors, and internal teams to ensure that all event requirements are met;

– Find and present creative solutions to event requirements;

– Ensure that events are executed according to client specifications and company standards;

– Brainstorm and implement event plans and concepts;

– Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of events and identify areas for improvement.

About You:

– Master degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field;

– 4 years of experience in event planning and management.

– Proven track record of successfully planning and executing events of varying sizes and complexity;

– Strong organizational and project management skills;

– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

– Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously;

– Proficiency in event management software;

– English - C1 level.
