A globally-minded and network-driven international holding is looking for a talented and skilled Network and Event Lead to join our team and lead the planning and execution of events.

Responsibilities:

— Work as part of the team of event producers in the planning and delivery of our global events;
— Help create and produce a wide variety of activities at our events including conferences, VIP events, press conferences, and night events;
— Develop event timelines, budgets, and logistics plans, and oversee their implementation;
— Coordinate with venues, vendors, and internal teams to ensure that all event requirements are met;
— Find and present creative solutions to event requirements;
— Ensure that events are executed according to client specifications and company standards;
— Brainstorm and implement event plans and concepts;
— Conduct post-event evaluations to assess the success of events and identify areas for improvement.

About You:

— Master degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field;
— 4 years of experience in event planning and management.
— Proven track record of successfully planning and executing events of varying sizes and complexity;
— Strong organizational and project management skills;
— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
— Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
— Proficiency in event management software;
— English — C1 level.
