Your Profile:
- Completed training or studies in the field of computer science
- Several years of experience in the information technology sector with very good knowledge of current network technologies
- Familiar with network automation and development of special interfaces (APIs) to create a central automatic database of our assets and networks (Checkmk, Netbox, Jira, Cisco DCNM/DNA)
- Experience with ITIL process (Incident/Problem/Change Management) and collaboration tools (M365, JIRA, Wiki)
- Strong communication skills and high appreciation for collaborative teamwork
- Openness for on call duty
- Very good English skills
