Role

We are looking for a qualified and experienced system administrator to join our team, who has good skills in networking technologies, extensive experience in Unix administration, and an understanding of Windows and Active Directory. The System Administrator will be responsible for network support and maintenance, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Management and support of Unix/Linux servers.
• Administration of Windows servers, including configuration, updates and troubleshooting.
• Active Directory settings, including user accounts, group policies, and permissions.
• Managing and maintaining the network infrastructure, ensuring network security through the application of firewall rules, VPN and intrusion detection systems.
• Monitoring system performance and providing regular reports to management.
• Executing regular backups and ensuring data recovery processes.
• Troubleshooting hardware and software issues and providing timely solutions.
• Collaboration with the IT team to implement new technologies and improve system performance.
• L2 support.< /li>

Requirements

• Experience in Unix/Linux administration.
• Sure knowledge of Windows OS and Active Directory.
• Understanding and hands-on experience in network administration, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN.
• Experience with web servers (Apache, Nginx), databases (MySQL , PostgreSQL), monitoring systems (Zabbix), automation tools (Ansible, Puppet), virtualization (VMware).
• Knowledge of concepts high availability, disaster recovery, and load balancer.
• Scripting skills (Bash, PowerShell).
• Understanding AWS and related technologies - an advantage.
• Relevant certifications (CompTIA Network+, RHCSA, MCSA) - will be an advantage.
