One ofthe business units: MoneyMatrix— aproduct that offers awide range ofpayment options, fraud and KYC(know your customer) checks islooking for askilled and experienced Team Lead tojoin its Identity(KYC) development team inLviv.The ideal candidate will beresponsible for leading ateam ofskilled engineers, support existing teams byproviding new features development, stability implementations, and evolving business platform.Responsibilities: Lead developers from the KYC team who will build new functionality for different existing and new customers, support other teams byproviding stability implementations, keep tech debt incheck, and driving architectural scalability. Facilitate day-to-day team activities including daily stand-ups and ceremonies. Design solutions that ensure a99.99% availability level ofour systems and services.Facilitate communication with other teams onthe lead level toexplain the changes togain support. Develop and integrate evolving business functionality onthe platform using C#/.NET.Collaborate with teams inthe unit, business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders tounderstand business requirements and map them tothe given software framework. Offer QAand support assistance whenever issues arise.Requirements: 6+years ofprevious experience inthe Software Industry, and atleast 1year ofexperience asanLead inteams more than 4FTE. Hands-on expertise inC#/.NET. High load systems development experience. Experience with high-availability and disaster recovery solutions. Knowledge ofn-tier architecture, distributed applications, microservice-oriented architecture, parallel and asynchronous programming design patterns. Experience inobservability framework tools: Prometheus, New Relic, Grafana, etc.Knowledge designing and implementing software solutions using Kafka, RabbitMQ, and ElasticSearch.Experience with relational database systems such asMSSQLServer, MySQL, PostgreSQL. Good communication skills (oral and written).Analytical mindset.
