This project is a huge complex of management systems for the city and its inhabitants are being developed: everything from technical systems, transportation and life support to accounting and management systems.

We are writing back-end for PSSN Mobile App.

PSSN Mobile App is a unified Application for all security-related requests within NEOM communities.The app provides the following services:
1. Digital IDs: Enhanced user experience for requesting Digital Identification Card (Access Badges) for Employees, Dependents, SMPs and Contractors.
2. Journey Management: Service for your safety for off-road trips (business or personal) with the safety kits
3. Visit Requests: Enhanced and more reliable service to request personal or business visits within NEOM communities. Integrated with Government Databases for reliable and accurate data verification.
4. Office Door Access: New services to automate requests to access offices controlled with Face Recognition Devices.
5. Report a violation: This service will be for security supervisors to report a violation to end users
6. Technical support

Requirements

• Proven experience as a .NET Developer;
• At least 4 years in commercial programming;
• Experience with .Net 6
• Familiarity with Entity Framework
• Familiarity with the ASP.NET Core framework
• Experience with REST API
• Experience with MS SQL Server and SSMS
• Experience with GIT and understanding of GIT flow
• Familiarity with architectural and design patterns
• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills;
• Attention to details;
• Good communication skills, proficient in verbal and written English;
• You like to have a structure when doing things and like to think things through before executing them;
• Analytical and logical thinking;
• Passion for IT;
• You have a “Get Things Done!” attitude!;

Would be a plus:

• Experience with Hangfire .Net library
• Experience with Keycloak
• Understanding of DDD (Domain driven development)
• Experience with NUnit or xUnit testing frameworks

Responsibilities

• Support of existing app and development of a new one will go in parallel;
• Your main goal would be to produce clean, efficient code based on requirements, specifications and designs using .NET programming language
  Upgrading, configuring and debugging existing systems
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization
