Now we are actively looking for a responsible and team specialist for the position of Help desk specialist who will join a great team and develop in our friendly company.

Tasks to be performed by the employee:
— communication with company employees to provide technical and software tools, solve emerging problems and receive new tasks
— purchase, maintenance, repair, accounting of the company's technical equipment.
— assistance in maintenance and repair of employees' personal equipment used in work processes
— maintenance, repair, installation of the company's internal network infrastructure and Internet service support
— support and help in solving problems with the Internet service for employees working remotely
— installation, configuration and support of software on corporate and personal equipment involved in the company's work processes
— support and help in solving problems with the company's main means of communication
— monitoring of all critical nodes of the information and technical infrastructure
— administration of online service accounts, participation in onboarding and offboarding processes
— performing individual tasks from the manager

Requirements for the candidate's experience:
—experience from 3 years
— administration and troubleshooting of the user part of operating systems of the Windows, MacOS, Linux, iOS, Android families
— knowledge of PC hardware, office equipment, peripheral devices
— knowledge of the principles of computer networks, basic protocols and services
— understanding of the general principles of information security

And what is not critical, but will be a plus:
— experience using and troubleshooting Starlink terminals
—experience in the use and maintenance of electric generators (at the user level)
