Examples include: Performed specific portions or minor phases of assignments in support of senior natural resource specialists; Collected resource data and conducted sampling for studies, reporting data observations and providing recommendations to supervisor; Researched existing policies and regulations to provide technical assistance relative to policy on natural resource management.OR Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., in a natural resources program of study. The education must have been obtained in an accredited college or university.OR An appropriate combination of specialized experience and education (only graduate education excess of 18 semester hours to qualify applicants for this grade level, in a natural resource program of study). The education must have been obtained in an accredited college or university as described above that together meets the qualification requirements for this position.Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment.
