PRAT "ABINBEV EFES UKRAINE" successfully works and develops in Ukraine, and is a joint venture of the world's largest brewing company Anheuser-Busch InBev, as well as the largest brewing company of Turkey, Anadolu Efes. We are announcing a vacant position National Manager for the Development of Keg Beer Kyiv (the title of the position according to the staffing schedule is National Manager for the Development of Keg Beer).

Main responsibilities:

  • Formation of the keg beer sales channel development strategy in accordance with the goals and business development strategy of the company;
  • Ensuring the implementation of the sales volume in the keg beer channel;
  • Development of the pricing policy;
  • Development of the plan and budget for the keg beer sales channel;
  • Coordinating the effective use of resources, tracking and timely execution of the investment plan;
  • Conducting negotiations with existing and potential customers in order to develop mutually beneficial business relationships and execute the sales strategy;
  • Support for the introduction of global trade and distribution tools and programs;
  • Planning and implementation of trade marketing activities;
  • Participation in the assessment, development and training of the sales team;
  • Organization of interaction with regional sales teams;
  • Visiting keg beer channel points and checking key performance indicators of regional sales teams.


Requirementsto candidates:

  • Higher education;
  • Work experience in a commercial structure;
  • Ability to establish and maintain internal and external contacts;
  • Knowledge of the English language at the pre-intermediate level;
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to work in a dynamic environment;
  • Openness to new experiences, desire for professional and personal development.
