About the job

We’re looking for a Narrative Coordinator, who will be responsible for overseeing narrative processes, maintaining effective communication with a team of writers, ensuring meeting deadlines, and facilitating the implementation of narrative content. This role involves working closely with the Narrative Director, managing tasks and feedback for writers, and overseeing the voice-over process.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communication with 4-5 writers. 

• Assign and review writers' tasks, ensuring all changes are made and approved.

• Control task delegation and monitor deadlines. 

• Work directly with the Narrative Director to review texts and dialogues.

• Relay feedback from the Narrative Director to writers.

• Oversee the tasks delegated to writers.

• Ensure deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently. 

• Work with AI tools to enhance narrative processes. 

• Serve as a liaison between narrative writers and the implementation team.

• Facilitate the seamless integration of narrative content into projects. 

• Be in charge of the voice-over process, including signing NDAs and copyright transfer deeds. 

• Obtain recordings and ensure they meet quality and quantity requirements

Requirements

• Proficiency in English (B2-C1 level). 

• Excellent communication and organizational skills. 

• Strong project management abilities. 

• Experience in narrative coordination or related roles is preferred. 

• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in narrative processes is a plus. 

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. 

• Attention to detail and quality assurance. 

• Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team.
