We invite to our team an Engineer for the support and development of the multi-channel communication system.

What should be done?
- perform support, configuration and development of the application registration system, multi-channel communication system;
- perform configuration and troubleshooting of integrations between systems using REST API, SQL;
- perform a basic analysis of business problems, search for their solutions, preparation and implementation of technical tasks.
What do we expect?
- < li>experience of working with Linux, Windows OS;
- experience of working with ticket systems as a user, administrator (preferred);
- understanding of the principle of operation of network protocols TCP, UDP, HTTPS, WebSocket , REST, SSH4
- understanding of the architecture of client-server applications, including microservices, web services, APIs, databases and integration with other services;
- understanding of forward proxy, reverse proxy, firewall;
- communication, logical thinking, teamwork, readiness for continuous independent learning.
