The Right to Protection, CF
BF "Right to Protection" (Fund) - one of the leaders of the human rights movement in Ukraine. We are a charity focused on helping internally displaced persons, persons in need of international protection, stateless persons, persons at increased risk of statelessness and undocumented persons. The Fund is an executive partner of the UNHCR and implements programs for the provision of direct legal assistance throughout Ukraine, promotes changes in the national legal framework, bringing it into line with international standards in the field of human rights.
Project description p>
The position will operate within the project implementation"Advocacy, protection and legal assistance to the internally displaced population of Ukraine" with the financial support of UNHCR.
Temporary Accommodation Coordination (TCM) and Management (CCCM) is the name of the standardized coordination mechanisms used to deal with refugees through the Refugee Coordination Model and implemented through the CCCM Cluster. CCCM mechanisms ensure effective service delivery and protection for displaced persons in all types of habitats, urban or rural, and regardless of whether they live in purpose-built facilities, unplanned self-settlement , in places of compact settlement, places of temporary stay or transit centers. In recent years, the scope of CCCM has also included work with displaced persons living in host families and in remote communities.The main task of the trainer in working with temporary residences – organization and holding of trainings, events, informational meetings and training courses for residents of MTP, aimed at improving the emotional state and gradual integration of IDPs into society, as well as preparing people to return to their original way of life.< /span>
>Duties and Responsibilities p>
Regular monitoring of identified MTPs;
Regular assessment of the needs, including informational and educational, of IDPs living in IDPs;
Organization of educational activities;
Development plan of events, finding trainers and facilitators for their implementation;
Organization and control of the work of trainers and facilitators;
Involvement of IDP residents in joint activities and development of their own collective initiatives;
Informational and advisory support of MTP residents on humanitarian issues;
In close cooperation with IDPs, the organization of activities aimed at improving living conditions in MTP;
Regular reporting on achieved results;
Understanding and ensuring compliance with the Code of Conduct and other Foundation policies.
Professional requirements
Higher education in social sciences, law, human rights, economics, international relations, business administration or other relevant fields;
At least 1 year of work in the humanitarian field;
Awareness of MTP work and MTP-based monitoring;
Proficient use of MS office;
Understanding humanitarian principles and gender approach;
Strong sense of personal integrity and attention to detail;
Strong communication skills , independence in work, proactivity and flexibility;
Experience in organizing and conducting trainings or similar events;
Experience in facilitating or managing small projects.
Knowledge of the English language and experience working in an international environment will be an advantage.
