We are looking for an experienced Microsoft SQL Server administrator who can join the team of our client - a large group companies and provide effective management and support of existing databases. TASKS: Installation, configuration and support of the Microsoft SQL Server DBMS; Creation and management of user accounts and access levels; Development and implementation of maintenance and database recovery plans; AlwaysOn; Adequate provision of IT services (SLA) for services related to the operation of MS SQL; Monitoring of key performance indicators of databases; Installation and configuration of Analysis Service instances; Administration of access to DBMS. QUALIFICATIONS: Higher education in the field of mathematics, statistics, in cyber, computer science or engineering; 5+ years of hands-on experience in administration, support, installation and upgrade of MSSQL 2014 and above; In-depth knowledge of MS SQL architecture and principles; Excellent understanding of SQL Server Failover Cluster and SQL Server AlwaysOn; Experience scaling systems based on LogShiping, Replication, Mirroring; Understanding of partitioning principles of large database objects; Experience with Polybase, CDC, CT, ServiceBroker technologies; Skills in planning and implementation of backup and recovery; Experience in database migration; Knowledge of T-SQL and optimization skills queries; Experience with Microsoft SQL Server tools such as SQL Profiler, Extended Events, PerfMon; Experience with SSIS; Experience installing and administering PowerBI.
