We are seeking a highly skilled Solution Architect to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in developing and implementing MS Dynamics CRM applications integrated with surrounding systems. This role requires extensive experience in software development, cloud environments, and working with various database systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement MS Dynamics CRM applications highly integrated with surrounding systems.
• Work on behalf of the client to implement the target solution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
• Provide and communicate different technical solutions to business stakeholders.
• Create and maintain architectural artifacts (e.g., diagrams) to support project needs.
• Ensure seamless integration and alignment with the client’s business goals and requirements.
• Utilize cloud-based platforms, primarily Microsoft Azure Cloud, for solution development.
• Work with SQL and NoSQL databases as needed for various projects.

Requirements:

• Openness to business trips worldwide.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Solution Architect.
• Extensive experience in developing MS Dynamics CRM applications.
• Strong understanding of complex, microservice-based architectures in cloud environments.
• Proficiency in working with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with cloud-based platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure Cloud.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams within an agile environment.
• Deep understanding of stakeholders’ needs and the ability to communicate technical solutions effectively.
• Strong MS Dynamics application/solution architecture skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Experience in building and setting up MS Dynamics solutions.
• Very good command of the English language.

Nice-to-Have:

• Proficiency in German.
• Knowledge of Grafana and Kibana tools (Grafana for metrics such as CPU, memory, and pod statistics; Kibana for handling application logs).
• Experience in the airline industry.
