MS Dynamics (Poland-based) in White Label

We’re seeking talented Microsoft Dynamics Developers to join our team as freelancers, playing a crucial role in delivering top-notch solutions for our trusted clients. Ideal candidates will have Microsoft Dynamics experience and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Your role and responsibilities:

• Develop and integrate solutions using Dynamics 365 to meet client requirements, focusing on replicating developed screens as per project specifications.
• Analyze and translate business needs into solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 F/SCM.
• Collaborate with the team to meet project goals and deadlines.
• Adhere to best practices and maintain compliance with internal and client standards.
• Work closely with business analysts to gather requirements and implement technical solutions, emphasizing configuration over custom development.
• Document system configurations, customizations, and changes using tools Microsoft tools to ensure an up-to-date technical documentation repository.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of software development experience, focused on Dynamics 365.
• Minimum 1 year of experience configuring MS Dynamics 365 in the Cloud version, particularly in building new credit workflows for business clients.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 functionality and configuration options.
• Basic knowledge of DevOps methods and tools, with experience in integrating various systems and data sources.
• Proficiency in documenting system configurations, customizations, and changes.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft Power Platform (including PowerApps, Power Automate, React, PCF Controls).
• Excellent communication skills (English — C1, Polish is a plus).
