Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer-Facing Transformation Architect to lead a crucial migration project from Siebel to MS Dynamics. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills and extensive experience in migration projects. This role requires the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders and manage the overall architecture for the migration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the lead architect for the migration project from Siebel to MS Dynamics.
• Work on behalf of the client to develop and execute a comprehensive migration strategy.
• Ensure seamless integration and alignment with the client’s business goals and requirements.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including client representatives, project teams, and management.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure adherence to project timelines and deliverables.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the migration process.
• Prepare and present project status reports and documentation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Siebel to MS Dynamics migration.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Openness to business trips worldwide.
• Ability to work effectively in a customer-facing role.
• Solid understanding of migration best practices and methodologies.
• Proficiency in English is required; German is appreciated but not mandatory.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, combining remote and on-site work as needed.
