Being a plus, you will deal with: Setting up and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365CRM (land deployment + cloud modules), system customization configurations; Support of integrations (coordinating integration methods with external contractors, identifying/correcting errors in current integrations, API performance testing); By installing releases, patches, setting entities, records according to instructions from the contractor; Data management (mass data management, process launch); Setting access rights to the system; Management of portals.
