MS Data Engineer (Azure Data Factory / ETL / PySpark)

We are looking for an experienced MS Data Engineer with a passion for creating innovative solutions. If you have solid data engineering skills in Azure and experience working with Microsoft Fabric, this opportunity is for you!

Organizational information:

• Industry: IT Consulting
• Vacancies: 3 (1x Regular, 2x Senior)
< li> Location: work 100% remotely
• Start: ASAP (max 3 months' notice)
• Rate : to be determined in the range of PLN 165 - 190 net + VAT / h
• Terms of engagement: B2B (outsourcing by 1dea), full-time, long-term < /li>

Recruitment process (fully remote):

• Short telephone conversation with a 1dea recruiter - about the project and terms of engagement : (~10 minutes)
• Presentation of your candidacy to the client
• Technical and design interview with the client (video)(~1-1.5 h)
• (Optional) interview summarizing the process with the Technical Manager from our client(~30 minutes)
• Making a decision about cooperation

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of data engineering experience with an emphasis on Azure 
• Solid knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Synapse Data Warehouse, SQL Databases, Databricks and other key Azure services 
< li> Practical ability to use Power Query, Python and PySpark for data transformation and manipulation
• Good knowledge of ESG principles and experience in sustainable development projects
• Ability to model data, design and optimize processes ETL  
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability. 
• Ability to work in the Agile methodology
• Knowledge of English allowing for free communication in speech and writing (B2+)

Welcome:

• Microsoft Data Engineering Certifications (DP 600, DP 203)
• Experience working with BI tools such as Power BI
• Knowledge of DevOps practices
