Motor transport analyst in PrivatBank

We are looking for a Chief specialist in the provision, control and maintenance of motor vehicles who is eager to work in a dynamic environment and shares the values of mutual trust, openness and initiative.

Basic responsibilities:

• Analysis of large data sets, preparation of methodological and documentary changes to improve automotive management processes
• Control over timely updating, implementation and support of documentation
• Working with primary documents (travel letters, write-off acts, reports by expenses)
• Analysis of accounting for fleet maintenance costs (fuel, spare parts, maintenance, insurance, taxes)
• Conducting economic analysis (cost of transportation, efficiency of use of transport)
• Formation of management reporting for management
• Working with tables and preparing presentations
• Maintenance document management

Basic requirements:

• Higher education
• 2+ years of general experience in analytics or experience in automotive/logistics structures
• Confident user Google services (sheets, documents, presentations)
• Analytical abilities and methodological approach to work
• Ability to analyze primary documents and keep track of expenses
• Skills for preparing presentations and management reporting
