Your main tasks:

• Development and improvement of KPI systems for different categories of personnel, analysis of results and preparation of reports for management decisions;

• Administration of bonus and bonus accrual processes;

• Optimization of the number of personnel based on data and performance indicators;

• Monitoring of the company structure, unification of job titles;

• Wage market analysis, formation of recommendations on pay competitiveness;

• Development of policies and procedures in the field C&B

with data;

• Active, communicative and able to explain complex things simply.
