Your responsibilities Graphic design and creation of animations as part of projects for the Agency's clients and for internal initiatives. Project implementation and cooperation, among others: with the Strategy, Creation and Project Management Departments. Cooperation with external Agency Partners in the implementation of projects. Personal development and acquiring new skills in graphic design. ✅ Our requirements and expectations Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic design in the advertising industry. Excellent knowledge and use of Adobe software, especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects and Microsoft 365. Knowledge of other applications will be an advantage. Extensive general knowledge of the technical specifications of online and offline advertising formats and efficient handling of graphic design technology (digital orientation). Creativity and the ability to design quickly and effectively under time pressure. The ability to draw by hand will be a great advantage. Openness to people, comments and the ability to cooperate well in a team. High level of commitment and responsibility. Independence and very good work organization. Very good knowledge of English, spoken and written.
