Motion designer (TikTok/Facebook vertical ads) in MARODON

Marketing agency MARODON is looking for a talented and fast Motion Designer to join its team on a project basis with the prospect of transitioning to full-time to create vertical content in English for Facebook, TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.

Responsibilities:

• Creation of vertical videos using graphics, stock materials and AI (veo 3.1)
• Analysis of briefs, understanding of the marketing part
• Basic work with sound - Ai-voiceover, improvement through Adobe AI Enhance, overlay voiceovers.
• Choosing music
• Feeling image and music style
• Working with graphic elements, logos, branding
• Searching for materials on the web to create a video series

?Skills and requirements

• After Effects - high level
• Experience in creating performance videos with strong hooks, high engagement and effective CTAs
• ??Experience in analyzing and using trends in B2B and B2C segments
• Understanding the specifics of content for social networks?
