MaxBeauty is a content product in the Beauty&Care niche that helps women maintain their natural beauty through proper body, skin and hair care.

We are currently expanding our marketing team and are looking for a Motion Designer. We are still an early-stage product, so you will be able to see all stages of creative strategies and product creation - from the very beginning At the same time, you will have the opportunity to work together with an experienced team, share expertise and grow quickly. So this capability speaks for itself.

Key area of ​​responsibility:

• Ideation: generation of the visual component of the creative based on the technical tasks of the marketing team
• Production: development of video creatives for product promotion in advertising networks (mainly Facebook and Instagram)
• Cooperation: working closely with the marketing department and discussing ideas to improve work existing curatives
• Experiments: testing of new tools, effects, plugins, creation of project templates for more efficient work
• Creative research: analysis of competitors' advertising materials and social networks to track global trends in design

Our expectations from candidates:

• Experience as a designer using Adobe After Effect, Adobe Photoshop, Figma is a must
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator is an added plus
• Experience with CupSat or Captions is an additional plus
• Experience with AI tools (statics, videooh, voice generation)
• Basic video shooting skills (understanding the principles of lighting and composition in the frame)
• Knowledge of the basic principles of design, composition and coloristics
• High level of creativity and the ability to generate ideas that meet user needs and business requirements
• Good communication skills, ability to quickly establish contact with colleagues within the team and outside the project
