We are focused on developing high-powered products that help people from all over the world meet and communicate online. We are also working on services for marketing, analytics and moderation.

Our flagship product Kismia is an international online dating platform available on WEB, iOS and Android. For more than 11 years, we've been helping share thoughts, desires and feelings with technology. Kismia has 60 million users and is available in 9 languages. All this was made possible thanks to our collaborators - quarks.

An R&D product of Quarks is an educational product for women in the mental health niche. The mission of the product is to transform people's quality of life through personalized services and educational programs in the field of mental health.

Due to the growth and development of the product, we are looking for a Motion Designer . The mission of the position is to create creative materials for performance marketing, work with actors for video materials, create product and brand video materials.

During the existence of the product:

• found a VP and united the startup economy
• built a product with educational programs and personalized services
• we have quarterly traction in the growth of business indicators

You will have the following tasks:

• Creating animation and motion videos for performance marketing
• Development of creative solutions, analysis of CA, search for ideas and their testing
• Work with analytics: performance analysis, search for insights for KPI growth
• Work with UGC creatives: interaction with actors, work with scripts

It is important for us:

• Experience in the role of Motion Designer 1+ years
• Confident mastery of Adobe After Effects, Figma tools
• Ability to work according to a clear TOR
• Attention to details, and timely correction of possible errors < /li>
• Knowledge of English - Intermediate+

It will be a plus for us if you have:

• Knowledge of tools AI
• Work with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop
