Motion Designer (Guru Apps) in Universe Group

Hello! We are looking for a Motion Designer to join the Guru Apps production team, who will not just create creatives, but will take ownership of the motion part of marketing campaigns and help scale Guru Apps products.

Guru Apps is an iOS mobile app ecosystem in the Universe Group. The most famous of them are: Cleaner Guru, Scan Guru, AI products and applications for photo editing.

For this we need a motion designer who wants more ownership, more influence and growth in leadership.

• Working with a manager who himself grew up as a motion designer and has a good understanding of the path from specialist to lead. You will have direct contact with Maxim — Head of Production, who went this way in theUniverse Group and today manages a production team of 40 people.

• Work with applications that are included in the TOP App Store, regularly updated and give a lively, strong portfolio.

• Being in collaborate closely with creative marketing: participate in hypothesis formation, analyze performance and find insights.

• Grow not only technically, but also in responsibility, communication and leadership, with the prospect of growing into Lead Motion Designer and scaling the team.

Your future tasks:

• Creation of advertising animated 2D videos that distinguish us from competitors.

• Analysis of creative effectiveness and work with data (metrics).

• Editing, work with sound design and AI services.

• Interaction with creative marketers and participation in discussions ideas.

• Participation in the development of internal team processes.

We expect you to:

• You have 1.5+ years of experience in motion design.

• You are confident working with After Effects, adapting graphics for video and have video editing and optimization experience (for example, Adobe Premiere Pro).

• You use AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney or others) in your work.

• You know how to create visual concepts that attract attention.

• You want to grow not only technically, but also in responsibility and influence.

Would be preferred:

• Basic understanding of performance marketing and metrics.

• Experience of active work with AI tools.

• Management or mentoring experience.
