Motion Designer/Generalist in Sharkskod, TOV

We are expanding the team to turn our campaigns into real shows. Therefore, we are opening the role ofMotion Designer/Generalist, who will add movement, drive and the "WOW" effect.

Main tasks:
- Create visual content and motion scenes, such as Midjourney, Leonardo, Kling, Sora and others.
Make compelling prompts and create consistent quality AI-generated content across projects.
- Integration of AI-generated elements: visuals, avatars, voiceovers.
- To refine already created scenes, videos in After Effects by compositing.
- To be in courses of new technologies and tools for motion and AI, test new products and implement them in work.
- Cooperation with the art director, motion designers, graphic designers and other teams.
If necessary, be able to create 3D scenes or elements for further video integration.
Experience as a motion designer (in a studio, agency or in-house team).
After Effects, Adobe Premiere at a high level, including: compositing, tracking, post-processing, working with ready-made templates and plugins.
- Prompt engineering skills in AI tools: Chat GPT, Midjourney, Runway, Gemini, VEO 3, Kling AI and others.
- Photoshop / Illustrator skills for preparing graphics, textures, assets, etc.
- Good understanding of visual storytelling, composition, pace, working with the viewer's attention.
- Understanding the English language exclusively in a working context.

It will be a plus:
- Experience working with brands in the fields of iGaming or eSports.
- Skills of sound design and voice generation.
- Work in the 3D package Cinema4D/Blender (Redshift/Cycle)
