It is in this promising and fast-growing project that we are currently looking for aMotion Designer to mass produce short video creatives at high speed through the motion + AI connection!

creating regular videos under Reels/Shorts/Ads; font-style: normal; text-decoration: none">font-style: normal; text-decoration: none"> 3D animation and rendering of scenes/objects;

• confident command of After Effects;

• experience working with vertical formats and advertising creatives;

• practical use of AI at work:

  • video/scene generation (Runway, Pika, Sora or similar);

  • generation of graphics and assets (Midjourney, SD, DALL·E);

  • upscale, rotoscoping, auto-animation, voice/face tools;

• ability to quickly collect videos from AI-assets and edit them manually.

It will be a plus:

• Cinema 4D / Blender base level;

• experience in creative performance;

• understanding how AI reduces time to generate and test hypotheses.
