Motion Designer in McCANN Poland

In 2023, McCANN Poland became the Cannes Lions for Good Agency of the Year. We won 9 Lions: Titanium, Grand Prix, 2 gold, 2 silver and 3 bronze. At the Golden Drum International Festival of Creativity 2023, as McCANN CEE, we became the network agency of the year, and as McCANN Poland, the agency No. 2 of the festival, and won 4x Grand Prix, 3x Golden Drum, 2x Bronze Drum and Best of Genius Loci. We returned from the London International Awards 2023 with 8 awards, including 2x Grand LIA.

In 2021, we were named the best creative agency at the EFFIE Awards Poland festival. We are currently looking for a person for the position of Motion Designer

Place of work: Warsaw (hybrid)/remote

Requirements:

· Proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)

· Experience in working as Motion Designer on the agency's side

· Interesting creative portfolio , demonstrating design skills

· Interest in the latest trends in animation and design

· Highly developed sense of aesthetics, accuracy, creativity

· Communication, ability to work in a team

· Ability working under time pressure and organizing your own work

Responsibilities:

· Creating video formats for the needs of the campaign advertising of our clients in various communication channels

· Creative design and adaptation of video and graphic designs

· Taking care of a consistent image of graphic materials

· Cooperation with Creation and Client Service teams
