Motion Designer in Headway

Headway products help develop 100+ million people in the world through concise formats of educational content: samaras, courses, games, infographics.

The company was founded in 2019. In 5 years, it grew from 3 to more than 250 people in the team and opened offices in Kyiv, Warsaw, Nicosia and London.

Nibble is one of Headway's apps with short, interactive lessons on a variety of topics from math to art. It helps to comprehensively develop and pump knowledge in various spheres of life. In May 2024, Nibble hit the home screen of the App Store in Great Britain and Ireland as App of the Day. The application was the first in the "Recommended" category , that users of the App Store of these countries saw. Nibble has over 2 million downloads worldwide.

What will need to be done?

• Work with visual designers and experts to create the main value of the product - content. 
• Follow new trends in the field of interactivity, research competitors.
• Be open to innovations and implement them into the product.
• Analyze and validate problem solutions.
• Create interactive and aesthetic animations.
• Optimize processes and improve guidelines.
• Immerse yourself in the tool for creating interactives - Rive.

What do you need to join us?

• Have experience and professional development in the direction of animation and interactives.
• Have a thorough approach to creation, observe design hygiene.
• Be ready to try new things for yourself.
• Know the hotkeys in After Effects,Figma, Adobe Illustrator.
• Have an up-to-date portfolio.
• Knowledge of English, because the product is in English.
