Motion Designer in SKELAR

SKELAR is a venture builder that builds international product IT companies according to the rules of the venture investment world. Together with the co-founders, we gather strong teams to launch product IT businesses and win in global markets.

We are currently looking for a Motion Designer for one of our businesses - Liven.< br/> 

Liven is a company that creates products to form good habits and eliminate bad ones. Our first product is an anti-procrastination app. We give users all the information they need to better understand themselves and their problems. And we also give them the tools to solve them.

We launched this direction at the beginning of 2023 and confirmed its success - we found a unit economy and are actively scaling it to the size of a large business. And this is only a team of 3 people. Each new employee can now become the head of his field, so everything depends only on you and your ambitions.

Currently looking for a Motion Designer, who will research and apply global trends in design, video editing in marketing and will develop their creative skills in everyday work.
 

Key tasks:
— Development of short videos (up to 1 minute) to promote the application on various social network platforms (mainly Facebook, Instagram);
— Generation of ideas together with the marketing team to improve visual communication in advertising materials;
— Retrospective analysis of marketing visuals based on the results of advertising campaigns;
— Analysis advertising materials of competitors and social networks to track global trends in design;
— Testing new tools, effects, plugins, creating project templates for more efficient work.
 

Skills and experience:
— 1+ years of experience in a similar position;
— Video editing in After Effects and Premiere Pro;
— Understanding of composition, typography, theory colors, timings;
— Basic knowledge of marketing design - the ability to create visual content that effectively affects the target audience;
— Attention to details, high level of self-organization and time management;
— Level of English - B1 or higher.
 

Will be a plus:
— Basic video shooting skills (understanding of the principles of lighting and composition in the frame) ;
— Experience with AI tools (statics and video generation);
— Experience with sound effects;
— Expertise in 2D/3D character animation;
— Basic work skills from Figma.
