Motion designer in Mobihunter

Mobihunter - a mobile marketing agency - is looking for a part-time designer in the team. Why are we looking for it? We have a problem with the uneven distribution of the workload over time. That is, in the normal mode, the existing team of designers consults, but periodically (once or twice a month) there are periods when there are a lot of tasks and the girls don't have time. We want to strengthen the team with a person who can take on part of the tasks in peak periods. What kind of person are we looking for? - independent and disciplined (you need to be able to correctly calculate your opportunities and time, set clear deadlines and adhere to them); - one that seeks development in the profession (ideally, if later - half a year, a year - we will be able to hire a person and he/she will strengthen the team); - in love with his/her profession; - ready to work for results (we have an established KPI system) ;- I am ready to work with both statics and video. What skills are necessary?- a high level of proficiency in After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator;- 3D animation (Blender/Cinema4D/3ds Max); What skills will strengthen the team and be a significant plus?- character animation;- audio correction;- graphic design. Something extra: we have an unpaid homework assignment, which is an important part of the selection process and will require time.
