We are looking for a motion designer who wants to work with performance creatives, test hypotheses with marketing and see how their work affects results product.

We are definitely for you if you want to:

• Work with a manager who grew up as a motion designer himself and understands well the path from the specialtya letter to the ice. You will have direct contact with Maksimom is Head of Production, who went this way in the Universe Group and today manages a production team of 40 people.

• Creating creatives that are seen by millions of people. We launch hundreds of promotional videos and test new hypotheses in global marketing every day.

• Work with applications that are included in the TOP App Store, regularly updated and provide a lively, strong portfolio.

• Be in the collaborate closely with creative marketing: participate in hypothesis formation, analyze performance and find insights.

• Grow as a Marketing Motion Designer. You will improve not only technical skills, but also an understanding of marketing, creative approaches and working with data.

• Being part of a strong production team — where everything is there to create truly effective creatives:

  • well-established communication — ideas are quickly implemented, feedback does not have to wait weeks;

  • a separate AI team that generates thousands of pieces of unique content for use in creatives;

Your future tasks:

• Creating animated 2D videos that distinguish us from competitors.

• Analyzing the effectiveness of creatives and working with data (metrics).

• Editing, working with sound design and AI services.

• Interaction with creative marketers and participation in the discussion of ideas.

• Participation in the development of internal team processes.

We expect you to:

• You have 1.5+ years of experience in motion design.

• You are confident working with After Effects, adapt graphics to video and have video editing and optimization experience (for example, Adobe Premiere Pro).

• You use AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney or others) in your work.

• You know how to create visual concepts that attract attention.

• You have a portfolio of relevant works.

Would be preferred:

• Basic understanding of performance marketing and metrics.

• Experience of active work with AI tools.
