- we are a modern young team, working in the Nutra vertical and specializing in launching and scaling highly profitable advertising campaigns. We are looking for an experienced Motion designer who wants to strengthen his skills, work with unique creatives and grow with our team.

What will you do?

You will create static and video creatives for advertising campaigns in performance marketing

You will develop motion graphics for advertising

You will edit videos for buyer tasks with a focus on CTR, hook and conversion

You will adapt creatives for different audience

You will integrate 2D/3D graphics, animations, titles and visual effects into advertising videos

You will create creatives using AI tools and deepfake technologies

You will test creative variations and quickly generate new hypotheses based on team feedback

What do we expect from you?

Experience as a motion designer / video editor (preferred in performance or arbitrage marketing)

Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro (or similar)

Skills in creating static and video creatives for advertising campaigns

Understanding the principles of performance advertising (CTR, hook, conversion, attention retention)

Experience with 2D/3D graphics, animation, titles and visual effects

Practical experience using AI tools and deepfake technologies in creating creatives

Ability to quickly adapt and scale creatives for different audiences

Willingness to work at a fast pace, test hypotheses and quickly make changes based on buyer feedback

Availability of a portfolio with examples of advertising creatives
