Motion Designer in Black, SMM Agency

If freelancing is no longer driving: constant editing, unstable deadlines and eternal search for new clients - we have a better format! We are actively expanding and are currently looking for a specialist who is ready for interesting challenges in the medical niche.

Black SMM Medicine is a digital agency of the Black SMM ecosystem, specializing in the promotion of medical clinics, personal brands of doctors and medical brands.

We are actively scaling and looking for a motion designer who will help create video content that builds trust, explains complex things in simple language and works for business results.

This is a position for a specialist who likes system work, large volumes, wants to pump up his creativity and develop professional skills, in a niche with deep content and real impact.

Your tasks:

• Dynamic editing: Creation of Reels, advertising videos and video banners of medium and high complexity for medical projects.
• Graphic component: Work with transitions, typography, dies, background cutting, basic animations.
• Speed and result: Editing of one high-quality video in 2-4 hours on average.
• Multi-project capability: Parallel support of several client projects in a team with SMM project managers, target specialists and graphics designers.
• Figma-friendly format: Work with source files in Figma and Illustrator to prepare animations and videos.

We expect from you:

• Professional stack: After Effects + Premiere Pro is a must. CapCut will be a plus for quick tasks.
• Technical base: You work exclusively from a computer (editing only on a phone is not suitable for us).
• AI-nativeness: You understand how neural networks can speed up work:
• generation of backgrounds, sound/image improvement, process automation.
• Adequacy and teamwork: We are looking for "our" a responsible person, open to feedback and ready to work in a team rhythm.
• Portfolio: Availability of a portfolio, real cases that demonstrate your level (preferably SMM direction).
