Motion Designer in Netpeak

Netpeak is looking for a Motion Designer to strengthen the PPC team with dynamic and converting video and animation creatives for Google and Meta Ads.

This is a role with a real impact on the performance results of advertising campaigns, close cooperation with marketers and constant development in the direction of advertising motion design.

What we expect from you:

1. Experience of 1.5 years as a Motion Designer.
2. Proficient in Adobe After Effects.
3. Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro (or similar for editing).
4. Understanding the principles of motion design for advertising (rhythm, dynamics, accents, CTA).
5. Skills in creating animations for Google Ads and Meta Ads (video and animation formats).
6. Knowledge of the technical requirements of advertising platforms (duration, file weight, safe zones, formats).
7. Ability to adapt videos and animations to different formats (1:1, 4:5, 9:16, 16:9, etc.).

Will be a plus:

1. Experience with Lottie / Bodymovin / Adobe Animate.
2. Creation skills HTML5 animations.
3. Experience in performance marketing or an advertising agency.
4. Understanding the principles of A/B creative testing.
5. Experience with templates and design systems for video.
6. Basic skills in working with graphics (Photoshop / Illustrator).
7. Understanding the basics of digital marketing and performance advertising.

Your functional duties:

1. Creation of motion creatives for Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook / Instagram).
2. Animation of static banners and creation of videos from scratch.
3. Video adaptation and animations for various platforms, formats and devices.
4. Participation in the development of creative concepts together with PPC specialists.
5. Creation of creative variations for A/B testing (CTA, hook, dynamics, duration).
6. Preparation of final files in accordance with the technical requirements of advertising systems.
7. Optimization of creatives based on feedback and campaign results.
