Motion Designer in Rollsteam

  RollsTeam is a team with its own iGaming products that sets the pace in the market.
We are constantly moving forward, scaling and working with those who are really strong in their field.
We are currently expanding the design team and are looking for a Motion Designer who loves dynamics, experiments and wants to create creatives that give results, not just a "pretty picture".

Responsibilities and tasks:

• Creation and animation of motion-creatives for performance marketing;
• Participation in the development of creative concepts together with the design and marketing team;
• Adaptation and scaling of creatives for different GEOs and formats;
• Independent management of tasks: from TK to the final result;
• Interaction with the team leader motion design, designers and buyers;
• Work with animation, video and adaptations;
• Responsibility for the result, deadlines and quality;
• Participation in the development of the design direction of the team.

Who we are looking for:

• Experience from 1 year in iGaming;
• Confident mastery of After Effects;
• Experience in creating gambling creatives;
• Understanding of the principles of animation, timing, rhythm, composition, easing;
• Working with video: editing, adaptations, resizing for different formats, platforms and GEO;
• Basic skills of working with Figma / Photoshop / Illustrator;
•  Understanding creative marketing objectives (CTR, CPA, ROAS - at a basic level);
•  Ability to work with deadlines and several tasks in parallel;
•  Communication and willingness to be available during business hours.

 Will be a plus:

•  Skills for self-improvement processes;
• Experience working with a large volume of creatives;
• Flexibility and adaptability to changes in priorities;
• Critical thinking and the ability to propose solutions, not just implement TOR;
• Clear and timely communication with the team and team leader.
