Recently we became part of an IT holding. This year, we have a goal - to increase profitability by 3 times, and in 5 years to enter the TOP digital marketing agencies of Ukraine and increase the share of international clients to 50%.

We are currently looking for a cool and creativeMIDDLE MOTION-DESIGNER, which together with us will implement creative projects for our clients.

Your goals within our projects will be:

• Create 2D/3D animations accordingly - book and brand-book of the client;

• Edit a high-quality video according to the TK;

• Choose the best references and ideas for animations and videos;

• Communicate with the team about creative tasks;

• Submit your suggestions for creative implementation ideas;

• Enter data about completed tasks into CRM.

By what criteria do you fit us:

• You have 2 years of experience in marketing design;

• Have thorough experience with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Cinema 4D or similar 3D programs;

• Feel modern trends and adapt them to your tasks;

• You have experience working with content in various niches;

• You have a clear understanding of the elements of visual design, color and composition, as well as sensitivity to aesthetic and seasonal trends;

• You know how to use AI tools in your work.

It will be a plus if you:

• Had work experience in a similar position in a marketing agency;

• Can work with Figma;

• You speak English at the B2+ level.
