Our main values are equality, tolerance and humanity, we broadcast them not only through activities, but also through interaction in the team.

We help the population in all government-controlled territories: we evacuate and resettle, repair shelters and centers for IDPs, document crimes, implement educational programs, provide charitable assistance, monitoring visits, we advocate for changes, we provide legal and psychological consultations. Mobile psychosocial support teams and safe spaces operate in various regions of the country.

We are looking for a specialist/position with monitoring:

  • Kharkov city, offline;

  • remuneration is discussed during the interview.

  • 700; text-decoration: none text-decoration: none">coordinating logistics and partners;">conducting interviews; focus groups, questionnaires and surveys of beneficiaries;

  • checking the operating conditions of shelters, transit spaces, hot meals, humanitarian aid;

  • photo and video recording, collection of supporting documents;

  • detection of problems, risks and violations during the provision of assistance;

  • identification of the additional needs of the beneficiaries; text-decoration: none">attachment to emergency response;"> visits;

  • transfer of data to MEAL specialists for further analysis;

  • presentation of the fund's activities to stakeholders (public, NGOs) etc.);

  • working with teams in regions to clarify data and confirm information;

  • participating in work trips with other departments, evacuation, lawyers).

We expect:

  • the presence of higher of education;

  • the availability of own transport and the willingness to use it for trips to communities(we compensate for the costs of fuel andtization);

  • developed skills in collecting and analyzing information, writing, the ability to clearly and concisely formulate conclusions and recommendations based on large volumes of information;

  • attention to details;

  • high level of awareness in the field of human rights and war crimes in Ukraine;

  • experience of being in the territory of combat operations situations will be an advantage;

  • experience in community activities and/or work in international/donor organizations, state authorities, think tanks, etc.;

  • fluency in Ukrainian and English.> we guarantee:
