ZEST Outsourcing announces a competition to fill the vacant position "Monitoring specialist" for the implementation of programs of decentralized early recovery services focused on children and youth in the communities of the Kharkiv region of Ukraine. Data collection and analysis :We are looking for someone to help collect and analyze data about our programs and outcomes.Preparing progress reports:Your help in preparing reports on achievements and challenges will be a big plus.Documenting local practices:Your efforts in documenting successful strategies and innovative solutions in communities will benefit. Support staff and partners: You will be able to support staff and partners by helping them collect and analyze data. Data collection and analysis by indicators: Your contribution to data collection and analysis will help us make informed decisions and plan future steps. Join of our team to make our programs more effective and successful together!We are looking for a candidate with the following profile:Education: Bachelor's degree in social sciences, data management, mathematics, public policy, international development, economics, psychology, data science or related fields. Experience: Proven experience in monitoring. Report writing skills: Ability to write various types of reports (weekly, monthly, monitoring). Computer skills: Experienced user of MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and ability to surf the Internet. Languages skills: Fluency in the Ukrainian language. Knowledge of English will be an advantage. Driving skills: Possession of a category B driver's license and driving experience. Own car: Preferably own car. Professional qualities: Dedication to the protection of children, empathy for clients in difficult life situations, understanding of confidentiality. Communication skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. Organizational Skills: Strong self-organization and teamwork skills.
