ZEST Outsourcing announces a competition to fill a vacant position "Monitoring specialist" for the implementation of programs of decentralized early recovery services aimed at children and youth in the communities of Kryvyi Rih , Zaporizhzhia.

Main duties:

• Collection of data on program activities, intermediate and final results in accordance with established indicators with followed by thorough analysis to assess progress and measure the impact of programs in target communities. Use of quantitative and qualitative methods to ensure comprehensive and accurate evaluation.

• Preparation of regular progress reports documenting achievements and challenges associated with program implementation in each community. 

• Documentation of local practices and approaches used in communities, with an emphasis on successful strategies and innovative solutions.

• Collection and analysis of data on performance indicators, intermediate and final results, contributing to informed decision-making and strategic planning in the context of activities of Communication and Recovery.

We are looking for a candidate with the following profile:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in social sciences, data management, mathematics, public policy, international development, economics, in psychology, data science, or related fields.

• Experience: Proven experience in monitoring.

• Reporting skills: Ability to write various types of reports (weekly, monthly, monitoring).

• Computer skills: Experienced user of MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and ability to surf the Internet.

• Language skills: Fluency in the Ukrainian language. Knowledge of the English language will be an advantage.

• Professional qualities: Dedication to the protection of children, compassion for clients in difficult life situations, understanding of confidentiality.

• < p>Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Organizational Skills: Strong self-organization and teamwork skills.

• Resistance to stress: Ability to work under stressful conditions and under tight deadlines.
