Monitoring Manager.
CHARITY ORGANIZATION "CHARITY FOUNDATION DEPOL UKRAINE" has been operating since 2007, providing services to marginalized groups of the population through a number of programs. In connection with the invasion of the Russian Federation in Ukraine, the FOUND expanded the amount of aid for those who suffered from the war, lost their housing, were left without means of livelihood, for people who acquired the status of IDPs and were forced to move to safer cities of our country.
In 2023, we supported more than 100,000 people, providing services in the protection, shelter, cash, food and livelihoods sectors. Our programs range from multi-purpose assistance centers in large cities to specialized psychological support groups for children and adults working in rural areas; from housing projects for highly vulnerable people to emergency response programs that deliver critical aid to frontline communities. Our organization specializes in supporting homeless people, and in all our programs the priority is to provide help and services to hard-to-reach communities and people that other organizations cannot or do not want to help. DEPOL UKRAINE is a member of the international Depaul Group, which unites charitable organizations for homeless people.
The FOUNDATION also protects children, vulnerable adults and any other persons from any harm caused directly or indirectly as a result of their contact with "DEPOL UKRAINE".

Geography of the projects: Kyiv, Kharkiv, Odesa, Snyatyn, Mykolaiv, Bashtanka, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson.
Responsibilities of theMonitoring manager:
1. MEAL Planning and Tools:
Manage the development and implementation of the MEAL plan for Depol Ukraine.
Ensure that processes are aligned with the logical program framework that structures program outcomes and metrics for measurement efficiency
Develop MEAL tools so that Depol Ukraine employees and partners can reliably collect data
Work with external consultants to implement digital and mobile monitoring tools as needed, e.g. Google Suite, KoBo Toolbox
Manage the distribution, use and maintenance of MEAL tools, including the monitoring database and related devices (e.g. phones, tablets)
Conduct trainings for Depaul Ukraine staff and partners on the use of MEAL tools and provide mentoring and troubleshooting both remotely and on-site
2. Data quality and their analysis; Compliance
Manage data collection by Depaul Ukraine team members and partners and ensure data collection within agreed timeframes and frameworks
Ensure data collection through monitoring visits and enforcement methods quality, e.g. trend analysis
Generation of assessment reports for key stakeholders, e.g. sponsors, internal seniorand teams, Depaul Ukraine boards, UN clusters.
Ensure that Depaul Ukraine MEAL practices comply with data protection requirements and promote the dignity and safety of beneficiaries
Work within and promote the Protection Policy and Code behavior of Depaul Ukraine
Work and promote safety protocols of Depaul Ukraine
3. Needs Assessment;
Support the development and implementation of needs assessment approaches and beneficiary feedback mechanisms such as focus group discussions, key informant interviews, surveys.
4. Learning
Using evidence collected during monitoring activities, support a culture of learning by supporting the implementation of learning initiatives to improve program activities.

Support or lead work with third-party evaluators and auditors to facilitate independent evaluation of programs by sponsors and other stakeholders, as appropriate

Reporting to: Senior Program Support Manager and/or Program Director.
Candidate Expectations:
Higher education, preferably in the management or social sphere
Work experience in a humanitarian context from 1 year. Work experience and reporting in accordance with the requirements of the indicators specified in the contracts.
Experience in the following organizations will be an advantage: UN, ICRC, INGO, local NGOs.
Knowledge of program quality assurance activities, including integration of international standards and participation in training events. The ability to work with project indicator monitoring systems, their analysis, reporting, as well as the ability to work with databases is an advantage. Knowledge of IT and digital systems, understanding of data protection practices is an advantage. Ability to convey, present, defend one's opinion.
Experience in Microsoft Office or Google Suite, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint. High level of proficiency and ability to work with formulas and charts.
Willingness to work and travel in hazardous environments
Excellent communication skills, motivated, reliable, hard worker, willing to work overtime occasionally reliability
Fluent command of the Ukrainian language.
Knowledge of the English language will be an advantage.
WE OFFER:
Official employment, work under a fixed-term employment contract until February 28, 2025
Trial period 3 months.
Working schedule: 8-hour working day from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Weekends: Saturday, Sunday.
The place of work is geographically located at the address: 5A Beresteysky prospect, Kyiv
Annual leavetka 24 calendar days, in the case of benefits, additional leave is granted in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
The monthly salary is determined based on the results of the interview.
