Vacancy: Specialist in monitoring, evaluation (MEAL) We, the charitable foundation "Mirne Nebo Kharkiv", are looking for a specialist in monitoring, evaluation and training (MEAL) to join the team, who will be responsible for the systematic collection, analysis and use of data to improve quality and efficiency of our humanitarian projects. Responsibilities: Development and implementation of project monitoring and evaluation system; Implementation of monitoring and evaluation of programs and projects of the fund; Collection, analysis and interpretation of data in order to determine the effectiveness and impact of projects; Development and implementation of systems for measuring project success indicators; Preparation reporting and recommendations to improve the effectiveness of programs and projects; Preparation of reports and analytical materials; Ensuring interaction with partners and donors in the field of MEAL. Requirements: Higher education in social sciences, economics, statistics or a related field; Work experience in the field of monitoring, evaluation or other analytical positions are desirable; Ability to work with databases and statistical tools; High level of analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team; Willingness to improve your skills and learn new methods and approaches. Knowledge of Ukrainian and English languages ​​(from B1).
