Our activity in Ukraine began in 2014. Since then, we have greatly expanded our geographic presence, providing support to children and families affected by war. We work in areas such as education, child protection, food security and social support, as well as advocacy activities aimed at ensuring lasting change in children's lives. tools, including the Kobo app. The specialist ensures the accuracy and completeness of the data, which contributes to the effectiveness of the programs. The position also involves field trips and data security and privacy compliance.
Essential Responsibilities:
Collect data using tablets in the Kobo app during in-person or telephone surveys.
Enter data into appropriate data collection forms as needed.
Enters and, check, clean, analyze and manage data in databases upon request.
Perform verification and validation of data to ensure their accuracy and completeness.
Participate in field trips .
Observe the secure handling and storage of sensitive information, including the use of encryption and access control.
Generate reports and dashboards.
Maintain the MEAL team in performing additional tasks, in particular during assessments, monitoring visits and evaluations.
Additional requirements:
Digitize, enter and process data.
Work with Excel spreadsheets.
Enter and organize data from paper sources.
Regularly review and adhere to security and privacy best practices data.
To be successful, you need to have:
Education
Qualifications
Fluency in Ukrainian and Russian; preferably in English.
Good level of computer literacy and ability to work with MS Office.
Demonstrated reporting skills.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Experience (required)
< ul>At least 1 year of experience in program monitoring and evaluation or relevant experience.
D working knowledge of Excel, KoboCollect, CommCare.
Experience in data collection, management and analysis is highly desirable.
Experience supporting partners and field teams in data collection, reporting and quality assurance.
Experience conducting focus group discussions and key informant interviews.
Previous experience with accountability mechanisms, including feedback and reporting channels.
