The organization develops educational, psychological and advocacy programs, helping women and girls overcome the consequences of war and restore self-confidence. Among the key directions are sexual education and protection from gender-based violence, psychological support and professional retraining. A team of more than 500 specialists creates safe spaces, provides help through a hotline and through individual and group psychological support, implements large-scale research and projects that change the lives of thousands of women in Ukraine.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • MEAL support for subgranting projects: participation in the development and updating of MEAL plans project logic (results, indicators, expected changes) to practical data collection tools;
  • translation of project results into comprehensible tables, forms, instructions and templates for partner organizations;
  • coordinating with partners the list of indicators, data sources and reporting frequency in accordance with donor requirements;
  • conducting briefings and consultations for subgrantees on data collection, processing and submission;
  • ongoing support of partners in the reporting process: explanation of requirements, provision of methodical support, help in interpreting indicators;
  • checking the quality, completeness and reliability of reporting from sub-grantees, preparation of feedback and support in correcting inaccuracies;
  • consolidation of data from partners into single databases and tables in cooperation with the MEAL-direction of the organization;
  • preparation of analytical notes, short conclusions and presentations for project managers, management and donors;
  • participation in the preparation of regular and final reports in terms of achieved results and indicators. 400">
  • experience in the field of MEAL / M&E / monitoring and evaluation in the public, humanitarian or development sector (preferably 2 years or more);
  • understanding of basic MEAL concepts: results, indicators, sources of verification, monitoring and reporting logic;
  • experience in working with tables, databases and information collection tools (Google Sheets, Excel, online forms, etc.);
  • higher education (Bapreferably in the field of sociology, social sciences, statistics, economics or related fields);
  • ability to structure information and explain complex things in simple and understandable language - especially for partner organizations;
  • developed business communication skills: ask clarifying questions, provide constructive feedback, negotiate and maintain partner dialogue;
  • attention to details, systematic and ability to work with a large volume data;
  • confident mastery of Microsoft Excel, Google Workspace and Zoom;
  • registration of the 3rd group FOP with the corresponding KVEDs or willingness to open it;
  • willingness to learn and grow professionally together with the team.

Would be an advantage:

  • experience working with projects involving subgranting;
    understanding of Accountability and Do No Harm approaches;
  • experience of conducting short training sessions for partners or teams;
