We are inviting a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Training Specialist to join the team. The purpose of this position is to analyze and evaluate monitoring data to systematically improve the quality of BUR products and their impact on the development of young people's competencies. Main duties:

• Supporting the development of project proposals, providing advice on setting indicators;
• Development of basic data collection tools and monitoring methodology;
• Support of project managers in the process of data collection, data analysis to fulfill all reporting requirements from partners;< /li>
• Analysis of collected data for reporting, organizational training, writing new project proposals;
• Development of methodological materials to improve the quality of the implementation of monitoring actions;
• Evaluation of the overall effectiveness of monitoring activities through collection, analysis and interpretation of data, indicators, conclusions about work results;
• Preparation and conducting of educational units on monitoring and evaluation.

Our expectations:

• Experience in the field of monitoring;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills;
• It is desirable to have experience in public/ charitable non-profit organizations;
• Able to work in conditions of a high volume of work and manage many tasks at the same time;
• Responsibility, organization, ability to work for a result;
• Proficiency in English at a level not lower than B2.
