Monitoring and reporting manager (analyst) in ZROBLENO V UKRAYiNI, AT

About the Agency. This is a team that implements projects in the field of economic development, business support, modernization of state services and promotion of entrepreneurship support programs. We work under the leadership of the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine with international donors and representatives of Ukrainian business.

Role in the team. The monitoring and reporting manager will be responsible for building a system of data collection, processing and analysis to evaluate the effectiveness of programs, generating reports for management, the ministry and donors.

Main responsibilities:

• Development of an analytical framework for program monitoring
• Collection, processing and analysis of statistical, administrative and program data (including from open state sources — State Statistics Service, DPS, etc.)
• Building a regular reporting system: visualizations, dashboards, analytical conclusions
• Collaboration with program managers to define objectives, indicators and data sources
• Providing informed conclusions for strategic planning and communications
• Developing and maintaining databases, ensuring their relevance and integrity
• Participating in the preparation of reports for donors, ministries and of partners

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience of working as an analyst in the public sector, business, analytical centers, international organizations — from 2 years
• A confident user of Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables), analytical tools (Power BI, Tableau, R, Python, SQL)
• Experience in preparing reports and visualizations for management decisions
• Ability to work with large volumes of data, critical thinking
• Knowledge of monitoring and evaluation methodologies will be an advantage
• Experience of working with government data, API, statistical sources is a plus
• Responsibility, autonomy in work, the ability to explain complex things in simple words
