GO "Green-Landia" is a public organization that focuses its activities on improving the quality of life of the population through the promotion of healthy food, conscious consumption, and the development of physical activity. During the war, we consolidated resources in the direction of humanitarian and psychosocial assistance to people living in the territories affected by hostilities, we improve the conditions of temporary stay of evacuated residents in transit and receiving regions.

GOGreenlandia invites a monitoring and evaluation specialistand who will be responsible for collecting, analyzing and evaluating data on implementation effectiveness project.

Main tasks:

• Collection and verification of field data operations;
• Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of project activities;
• Analyzing results according to project indicators;
• Preparing regular reports for management, donors and partners;
• Supporting data collection tools and ensuring their relevance;
• Maintaining and updating the beneficiary database;
• Reconciliation formats of information submission in accordance with national and international standards;
• Organization and support of feedback mechanisms and accountability to communities;
• Cooperation with partners, donors and state structures in the field of monitoring and evaluation.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in the field of monitoring and evaluation in public or international organizations;
• Experience with databases and analytical tools, confident mastery of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint, preferably experience of using digital tools to collect data, such as KoboToolbox, ODK or similar platforms;
• Good communication skills, the ability to prepare understandable reports and presentations;
• Proficient command of the Ukrainian and English languages (oral and written);
• Comply with the norms, principles and code of conduct of the Organization.
