Proliska NGO announces a tender for the conclusion of an agreement on the provision of monitoring and evaluation services (Uzhgorod)
Proliska public organization is non-commercial, a non-political humanitarian organization that since 2014 provides comprehensive assistance and protection to the population affected by military operations in Ukraine.
Currently, our organization works in 13 regions of Ukraine and provides: social support of the most vulnerable persons affected by military operations; provision of psychological assistance to victims; consulting on social issues; provision of humanitarian aid and materials for emergency repairs of housing damaged as a result of hostilities; providing assistance to institutions and establishments where IDPs have found refuge; assistance in the evacuation of the population from the combat zone and social transportation of residents of settlements along the combat line and in de-occupied territories where regular transport does not operate.
I. Requirements for the contestant:
- Higher education in the field of sociology / mathematics / economics / other related field;
- Experience in the field of monitoring and evaluation (will be an advantage);
- Experience in planning and conducting data collection;
- Experience in quantitative and qualitative methods of research, digital data processing in the contexts of conflict and displacement (will be a significant advantage);
- Knowledge of analysis and data collection tools (Power Bi, KoBo toolbox) will be an advantage;
- Fluent command of the Ukrainian language;
- Knowledge of the English language will be a significant advantage;
- Excellent skills in oral and written communication, document preparation, drafting
- A confident user of computer programs (advanced level of Word, Excel);
- Business correspondence skills;
- Readiness for regular trips within the borders of the region, including the territory close to the war zone, in the government-controlled territory of Ukraine;
- Preference will be given to candidates with similar experience in non-profit organizations or UN agencies.
II. Description of the services to be provided:
- Development and implementation of a monitoring research plan;
- Performance of monitoring visits and evaluation of the effectiveness of projects;
- Providing the project staff with the necessary technical support in matters of registration, preparation of reports and performance evaluation;
- Development and improvement of monitoring, assessment and reporting systems and tools within the framework of the project;
- Ensuring quality compliance with internal (GO "Proliska") and external requirements regarding situational analysis, needs assessment, baseline surveys, interim and final reviews, evaluations, analysis of activity results and reporting;
- Performance of sorting, categorization and systematization of received data,
- Analysis of quantitative and qualitative data;
- Timely informing staff about the results of data analysis when making project decisions;
- Preparation of regular analytical reports depending on project requirements;
- Development of practical recommendations based on the conducted assessment of project effectiveness;
- Coordination of monthly collection data from field teams;
- Regular analysis of documentation provided by project personnel for compliance with project requirements;
- Organization of data exchange between persons involved in project implementation;
- Maintenance of documentation in paper and electronic form;
- Maintenance of business correspondence.
