Monitoring and evaluation specialist
As a non-governmental social development organization, we support children deprived parental care, and families who find themselves in difficult life circumstances, through the provision of care, education, health care and emergency care services, and we also advocate for the rights of children and youth together with other partner organizations. Our organization is a member of the international federation SOS Children's Villages International (SOS Kinderdorf). We work in accordance with the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child and spread its principles.

Excellent analytical skills, experience in data collection, processing and interpretation; knowledge of tools for building visual dashboards and/or statistical programs(e.g. Power BI, Tableau, etc.);
High level of mastery of Excel, Google Sheets and Google Forms;
Developed communication and interpersonal skills, tolerance and friendliness in working with different groups of people;
Result orientation, responsibility, ability to make independent decisions and system planning;
Understanding modern approaches to training, evaluation and improvement of project efficiency;
Political correctness, sensitivity to cultural differences, adherence to the principles of neutrality and impartiality;
High level of self-organization and effective time management;
Fluency in the Ukrainian language; knowledge of the English language at a level not lower than B1.
Development, adaptation and implementation of M&E tools (questionnaires, focus groups, interviews with key informants, feedback mechanisms, etc.);
Participation in the development of the M&E plan and periodic plans in accordance with the work plans of the project;
Data collection, verification, cleaning, consolidation and analysis; conducting regular data quality checks (completeness, reliability, consistency, avoidance of double counting);
Maintenance and updating of M&E databases (including tables for tracking internal indicators, training databases, etc.);
Preparation of analytical and monitoring reports with conclusions, lessons ("lessons learned") and recommendations for program improvement;
Providing practical and strategic recommendations to increase the efficiency of the system;
Documentation of results and dissemination of lessons learned and best practices among teams and partners;
Participation in plansplanning, coordinating and scheduling M&E activities together with the M&E unit and the project team;
Regular reporting to the line and functional manager on monitoring results, challenges, beneficiary feedback and progress in achieving indicators;
Performing other tasks related to M&E functions as assigned by the manager.
