Making Cents International seeks a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Specialist to work on the USAID-fundedUkraine National Identity Through Youth (UNITY)activity. UNITY fosters vested ownership among young people in the country’s democratic, European future by mobilizing youth leadership of a values-based conception of Ukrainian identity grounded in innovation, engagement, and pluralism. To that end, this activity addresses the key domains identified in USAID’s Positive Youth Development (PYD) approach: building youth assets, fostering resilience, offering age-appropriate experiences for youth contribution, and strengthening the enabling environment, while intentionally and safely promoting dialogue and belonging around this pluralistic identity and incentivizing participation and leadership by historically marginalized groups.RESPONSIBILITIES:Lead ongoing monitoring, evaluation, and learning (MEL) activities for Making Cents’ UNITY workstreams, in coordination with Making Cents’ staff, IREX staff and grantees to comply with the requirements of the UNITY MEL PlanLead and coordinate quarterly, biannual, and annual monitoring and evaluation reporting activities for Making Cents’ workstreamsLead in the coordination, capture, and dissemination of learning from Making Cents’ activitiesProvide capacity strengthening and troubleshooting support to UNITY grantees to collect data and report on key program indicators and resultsTravel to UNITY activity sites to meet with grantees, vendors, and key stakeholders for data collection and verification (as security allows)Other duties as assignedREQUIREMENTS:Current resident of UkraineOral fluency in Ukrainian and EnglishExcellent writing skills in Ukrainian and EnglishAt least four years of experience leading and managing MEL activities, ideally for USAID-funded activitiesAt least five years of experience carrying out qualitative and quantitative MEL design, data collection, analysis, and reporting activitiesExperience providing MEL capacity building support and/or training to local organizationsExperience collecting MEL data for USAID-funded activitiesUniversity degree in a relevant field (e.g., international development, sociology, public health, political science)Ability to track and manage multiple workstreams within a defined scheduleAbility to create and manage indicator databasesStrong attention to detailStrong interpersonal and organizational skillsGood working knowledge of MS Office applicationsIf you are interested, follow this link and apply here https://makingcentsintl.applytojob.com/apply/uk04a6j1yo/Monitoring-Evaluation-And-Learning-Specialist
